Presentation:
The I-74 Mississippi River Bridge project is part of a regional strategy to improve the I-74 corridor and access across the Mississippi River in the Quad Cities. Joe Wick, I-74 Deputy Corridor Manager, will discuss the planning and construction of this important bi-state project.

Biography:
Our presenter for this update will be Joe Wick, I-74 Deputy Corridor Manager, Hutchison Engineering.  Joe is the Deputy Corridor Manager for the $1 billion construction of the new river bridges and reconstruction of Interstate 74 between Bettendorf, Iowa and Moline, Illinois. Prior to joining Hutchison Engineering in 2020, he held multiple roles for the Illinois Department of Transportation during a 20+ year career.  His expertise includes oversight of complex engineering and construction projects, including overseeing scheduling, budgets, inspections, and maintenance. He has been involved in the construction of numerous multimillion-dollar projects.
